Kathy Hoffman is a Mary Kay Independent Sales Director. She began her career in Mary Kay Cosmetics in August 1995 and achieved the position of Sales Director while earning the use of five career cars.
Kathy has a BSN in nursing from Widener University in Chester, PA. She is a former captain in the United States Army Reserve Nurse Corps and an Operation Desert Storm Veteran. She is also a member of American Legion Post 290 and a Life Member of the Reserve Officer Association (ROA) and has been a RED CROSS nurse for over 30 years!
She has served on several of the Fredericksburg Regional Chamber of Commerce committees, including Leadership, golf, and Chamber Network of Enterprising Women. (CNEW) She was also the vice president, president, member of the membership committee, and educational coordinator for the North Stafford BNI (Business Network International) Chapter.
Kathy currently serves on both the Health Care and Military Affairs Councils for the Fredericksburg Regional Chamber of Commerce. She is also this regions representative for Region 1 Advisory Board of the Virginia Wounded Warrior Program.
Kathy has been married to LTC Lou Hoffman USA retired Special Forces and they have two daughters.
